Studio Policies, Terms and Conditions
- All clients and guests must sign a waiver before starting any Pilates session.
- Pre-registration and prepayment required on all classes & services.
- All Pilates services are transferable but not refundable. All Pilates services are appointments.
- We require 24 hours cancellation of appointments or you will be charged the regular class fee.
- Pre-paid Mat classes must be completed within the same session.
- Pre-paid Reformer classes must be completed within a year.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Cash/cheques, visa/master card accepted.
- No post dated cheques accepted; $25 NSF charge applies.
- The owners and instructors reserve the right to deny your participation in class if your safety or the safety of others is at risk.
- No client can be on a piece of equipment outside of their registered hour of instruction and without their instructor in attendance.
- Reformer clients are responsible for signing themselves into classes to reserve a machine.
- Please wait for your assigned instructor & your scheduled class time before entering the studio.
- Being late for class puts you at risk and disrupts the class. Please be on time. If you are more then 10 minutes late, you may not be able to participate due to improper warm up.
- You must be trained on the Stott method in order to attend a drop-in lesson.
- Please refrain from attending a class that is not at your level.

Pilates Manitoba has taken steps to protect its database and keep files secure. Information you provide to Pilates Manitoba will only be used by Pilates Manitoba and its affiliates for purposes of administration, marketing, or development of new products and/or services.
